Im just waiting for our close friend Earl Erasmus, who in his own rite is a Great Leader and Husband (even if he wont except the honour, truly humble man)
What he has planned for today is a session with the youth of a community which earl has chosen, and take them for a hike, where he will give them tasks to do to empower them and give them some management skills.
