God turns a GREAT MESS into GREATNESS

Last week we started our aftercare programme with the Kewtown Primary learners. We picked them up from school and then brought them to the Impact Centre where a warm meal was awaiting them. After enjoying a home- cooked meal prepared by the ladies from the centre, it was time to spend some time doing homework. Some of the students had assignments to do which required the use of computers; however they do not have any access to computers which is sad. This however did not stop them from enjoying the rest of the day. We had an awesome time with some board games and other activities. After that it was time to hit the showers. Most of these kids don’t have warm running water in their homes so we try to let them have a nice warm shower before leaving the centre. It was amazing to see how these kids enjoy and appreciate the things we take for granted. It is a total joy and privilege to be working with these kids. It is great being able to give back to the communities that we once terrorised. All this would not o possible without God. He turns a GREAT MESS into GREATNESS

Will be keeping you guys updated on the progress with the kids and the school.

God bless and keep well.
