BEACON OF HOPE

God is so Great and so Almighty.His Glory was really manifested last night.As said,"i am really impressed with God".He is Mighty to save and Mighty to deliver.And i think what ClintonGod has dropped into our spirits this week is,PRESENT HOPE TO THE HOPELESS.I am just so happy in my heart that God is using us as vessels to fulfil this.To everyone out there,no matter how hopeless your situation may look or seem,you can find hope in .Jesus Christ

God's Glory in all his Majesty!

I greet you all in the mighty name of Jesus.

This evening 5 guys of the Impact Team went to a drug rehab facility run by an Islamic organization that caters for all denominations.
The guys from the team all gave our testimonies and presented hope in hopeless situations and also preached a short word. Thereafter we had the opportunity to pray with the guys and needless to say God touched every single person who responded to the invitation for prayer.
After individual prayer we asked everyone who wanted to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior to repeat the Prayer of Salvation and possibly everybody present responded.
I'm very impressed with God! He is just best at being God.

Be blessed and pray without ceasing.

PRESENTING HOPE AND A FUTURE TO THE HOPELESS

This is the day the Lord has made!

It is always a pleasure and honour to go out and do the Lords work. Were out at Kewtown Primary School today to do ministry and counselling.This is a school that is surrounded by violence, gangsetrism and drugs.The most common problem we found while counselling was, that most of these kids were either offered drugs or their family members would use it in front of them.Remember that these are kids from ages 6-12 years old.It must be tough at that tender age to be exposed to all the violence and drug abuse on a daily basis.My pray is that God come and do something super natural at Kewtown Primary.I just thank God that we are able to present hope to them and tell them about all the wonderful things God has done in our lives.

Matthew 18 vs 5&6

5 “And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.

6 But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believes in me to sin,it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

So praise be to God that we can offer them hope and Jesus Christ instead of drugs and other sinful pleasures of this world.

We had a God encounter at Portland Baptist yesterday. We had an awesome time in the presence of the most high. The Holy Spirit sovreinly moved, healed and touched many peoples lives yesterday. Praise the name of Jesus!

12 HOUR PRAY

hi there everyone.Today is our monthly twelve hour pray.This is a time allocated from 10am-10pm where poeple from church(Cape Town Christain Fellowship) come together and pray over various pray request for twelve hours.

We have seen and heard some awesome testimonies in the past as a result of these particular 12 hour prays.We saw people being set free from drugs, healing taking place and drug houses being closed down.This has really boosted our faith as we know we serve a pray anwering God.

If there is anyone out there that have any pray request,you are more than welcome to foward it to this blog.We know we serve a God that is Mighty to save and Mighty to deliver.

Remember:There is nothing too hard for the Lord!

Table Mountain

Trust you are all blessed.

The Impact Team and the guys from the UK team went on a 2 day hike on Table Mountain. We started at Constantia Neck and hiked for 2.5 hours to a cabin and overnighted there.

The morning after breakfast we spent some time recapping on things we experienced the previous day. We left the cabin at mid day and hiked to the top of Table Mountain and had lunch there. After lunch we then descended via Platteklip Gorge. This was unmistakably the most difficult part of the hike...

All in all we had a fantastic time together and really got to know each other better.

God is truly Majestic in all his Glory...

I just want to congratulate the guys for completing the 2 day hike on Table mountain. I'm looking forward hearing what an impact it had on the everyone. Not only have you guys conquered drugs and other obstacles but you are truly wonderful role models to the younger generation. Keep up the good work.

ITS ALL GOOD

I had an awesome time last night. I attended GLORY REVOLUTION at C.P.U.T. campus. We were a bunch of young people that came together to seek Gods face and His glory. We had a powerful time of praise and worship. We also had some special guest from Ethel’s Place that joined us. These are guys that are currently going through a rehab programme. Marlon received a word from God and encouraged everyone that no matter what we go through, IT’S ALL GOOD. We ended the evening with a powerful time of ministry and pray. I cant wait for next week Friday to come together again as young people and seek Gods Glory

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES

Hi there guys. Do you all still remember the Renaissance guys? They have successfully completed their camp. When I spoke to them they were so exited and told me how they opened up and had to share their life stories with the rest of the group. Everyone was in tears, including the child care workers. Last night we (THE IMPACT TEAM) officially started to do devotions with the Renaissance guys. We had an opportunity to pray with them and most of them accepted, JESUS CHRIST as their LORD AND SAVIOUR. From this point on we will be discipling and mentoring them. We will become their big brothers while they are on the programme. Please keep these these guys in pray as they come out of heavy and disturbed backgrounds.

God is on the Throne!

Greetings everyone in Jesus name,

I have been really busy with my studies the last few weeks; I had a 20 page Marketing Plan that I had to complete.

Last week we had the launch of the Glory Revolution at CPUT (Cape Peninsula University of Technology) in Room 315 in the Engineering Building. We had an awesome experience in the presence of the Lord. I am excited thinking about what God is going to do with this Campus Ministry.

I’m spending my afternoon at CPUT campus today handing out pamphlets about the next Glory Revolution to students and telling them how Jesus Christ turned my life around. We are now waiting to meet Nils Indahl, the director of European Digital Journalism and his friend Mika. They will be enjoying a proudly South African Potjiekos with all the guys at the Impact Centre.

I am very impressed with God, he is awesome…….!

Hi there all my brothers and sisters is Christ my soccer season is starting Saturday u can come and watch us play at 15.00 at rygate sportsfied Rylands

Today we are having a potjiekos with people from Sweden and they are going to give us some tips on how to Wright articles and news letters

We as the impact team started the devotion with renaissance boys (12-18yrs rehab)
All of them had an encounter with God and they are hungry for the touch of the Holly Spirit

Hey there everyone, brothers in Christ. How awesome it is to be online again. We are on campus at the moment(C.P.U.T); waitng to meet up with Neil’s them.Niels is digital journalist from Sweden. He gave us a couple of classes on journalism a few weeks ago. It was so awesome and we learnt so much stuff. God is really giving us the opportunity to experience so many things. Things we did not even dream about while still on drugs. That’s the awesome God we serve. As soon as we meet up we are headed for the Impact Centre where we will be joining the rest of the team for a barbeque. Stay logged on to find out more about the barbeque.
